MISSIONS The position involves acting as a Product Owner / Functional Analyst on low-code/no-code business applications, covering both the BUILD and RUN phases. BUILD: – Gather and formalize business requirements, in line with the organization's strategy. – Facilitate workshops (discovery, prioritization, wireframing, requirements gathering). – Define and prioritize high-value features and calculate associated ROI. – Write Epics & User Stories, manage and prioritize the product backlog. – Facilitate Agile rituals (sprint planning, review, retrospective). – Manage functional testing and ensure the quality of deliverables. – Write or update user guides and communicate during releases. Monitor and analyze KPIs to propose continuous improvements. RUN: – Collaborate with support and maintenance teams to ensure high-quality operational service. – Analyze incidents and propose corrective actions. – To serve as an interface between business and technical teams to ensure user satisfaction.
