Responsibilities
- Balance trade-offs between scope, time, and quality in product delivery.
- Define milestones and a long-term roadmap to ensure product delivery.
- Guide product teams through complex decision-making processes and oversee delivery of critical, high-impact products.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Product Owners, supporting their career development and performance.
- Evolve the architecture to support future requirements and define SLAs.
- Provide coaching and training for the team's growth, driving career development and mentoring programs.
- Define and enforce best practices for project and product management, adapting processes to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in product or technical roles, with demonstrated ownership of complex features.
- Advanced Agile practices and trade-off analysis skills.
- Prior experience managing or directly leading a small team, with a track record of supporting team members' growth and performance.
- Architecture and roadmap planning experience.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate across multiple teams.

- Ability to provide effective feedback and moderate discussions.
