Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to hire a Product Owner driving the next generation of GenAI-powered innovation in R&D.
Hybrid in Paris (3 days/week on-site) | Permanent (CDI)
Fluency in English is essential, as you'll be working in a global, cross-functional environment.
This is a greenfield, high-impact role based in Paris, where you’ll lead the development of a brand-new digital product within Sanofi’s global R&D Accelerator. The platform will help transform how clinical studies are designed, with the goal of improving patient recruitment, reducing complexity, and accelerating timeline – all powered by Generative AI .You’ll work as part of a dedicated Agile squad (engineers, data scientists, designers) and collaborate directly with scientific and clinical stakeholders. - 5+ years in digital product management or ownership
- Proven track record owning roadmap, backlog, and delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional tech/data teams (especially DS/ML/UX)
- Strong product thinking: can translate scientific or business needs into product strategy
- Comfortable in high-ambiguity environments; able to create structure from scratch
- Excellent stakeholder communication, including with scientists and R&D leaders
- Fluent in English (global team)
- Experience with GenAI (e.g. LLMs, LangChain, vector DBs)
- Exposure to clinical study design, healthcare R&D, or regulated environments
- Experience working with data platforms, AI tools, or decision-support systems
- Background in startups or internal innovation teams
Pharma experience is a plus, not required; what matters most is curiosity, adaptability, and drive to deliver real value in scientific settings.
