About The Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Product Owner with experience in the SaaS industry to join our growing product team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure we deliver high‑quality, customer‑centric software solutions.
You will own the product backlog, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and help drive product features from concept to delivery in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Ensure product vision and roadmap alignment with business goals
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate priorities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product‑related queries from engineering teams
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions
Agile Delivery
- Support Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Monitor sprint progress and help remove blockers
- Participate in release planning and product demos
Customer & Market Insight
- Gather feedback from customers, support teams, and analytics tools
- Translate customer needs into product improvements
- Stay informed on SaaS market trends and competitor offerings
Quality & Performance
- Ensure delivered features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Track product performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
Required Experience And Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions
- Fluent in French and English
- Customer‑centric thinking
- Strong prioritization and decision‑making skills

- Familiarity with product analytics tools and A/B testing
