Product Owner

• Define and champion the product vision in collaboration with the Product Manager and leadership
• Prioritize and make decisions on the backlog based on business value, technical constraints, and available resources
• Write clear, actionable user stories for the development team
• Make day-to-day product decisions: approve, realign, and resolve issues
• Serve as the point of contact between stakeholders and the development team
• Facilitate sprint planning sessions, demos, and backlog refinement
• Measure and manage delivered value, define success metrics, and track results
• Translate business priorities into concrete actions for developers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum three years of higher education), ideally in software development or computer science
• At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner role
• Understand software development, read architecture diagrams, and discuss technical constraints
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical and prioritization skills
• Experience writing user stories and managing a backlog
• Strong product mindset and user focus
• Comfortable using JIRA, Figma, and Confluence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and capable of taking initiative
• Self-directed, with the ability to maintain perspective
• Empathetic and considerate
