Product Owner
The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of DDI solutions by translating product strategy into actionable development priorities. Working within a cross-functional team, he is the owner of the backlog, drives product iterations, and is responsible for the quality of the deliverables. He collaborates closely with R&D, Product Management, Sales team, Support, and Training.
Acting as the link between customer requirements and the development team, the Product Owner gathers and refines requirements, prioritizes features, and ensures that each iteration delivers measurable value aligned with the product vision.
Key Responsibilities
Drives product iterations, contributes to the product vision, roadmap, and delivery estimates, and owns the team backlog to maximize product value.
Works with the Product Manager to build the roadmap, align with the vision and provide feedback on any difficulties at the R&D team on the production
Supports the product vision and its alignment with the enterprise strategy, is able to explain it to any R&D member and why any feature brings value to the overall.
Works directly with R&D people to bring the product to the market, prioritizes the features, the user stories. He owns the backlog around its product (or feature set), refines the backlog with regards to complexity and priorities, is able to challenge costing and planning.
Documents the feature set for internal usage, can demo the product not only on its features but globally. Write test scenario and stories
Supports sales, support and delivery on daily operation.
Performs some basic integration with ecosystem or tier product/solution, mainly for demonstration and exploration purposes, using scripting or IaC solutions. Knows how the API is working to help partners in their own integrations to the SOLIDserver.
Knowledge on DDI, networking, unix, cloud offers related to IAAS, software development methodologies, testing framework
Experience & Background
10 years of experience in IT, including 3 to 5 years as a Product Owner, ideally within a network or systems infrastructure software environment or, more broadly, in technology solutions. End-to-end experience managing a product or a major feature, from discovery through launch. Experience with network infrastructure, cybersecurity, or service management products (BSS/OSS), ideally within a telecommunications operator or a similar organization. Good understanding of network infrastructure, cloud technologies, automation, and cybersecurity concepts.

Technical Skills
Good understanding of networking, telecommunications, and information security concepts. Familiarity with Cloud and SaaS environments, as well as IT process automation principles. Minimal knowledge on software development, source control, technical documentation and architecture.
Education
Master’s degree (Engineering School, Business School, or University) with a specialization in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, or Information Systems.
