Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with user and business priorities.
- Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into well‑defined features and enhancements.
- Test and validate hypotheses, iterating quickly based on market feedback and data insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and go‑to‑market execution.
- Monitor key product metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, conversion, etc.) and drive data‑driven decision‑making.
- Engage with key stakeholders to align product direction with business goals and customer expectations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
About you
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a product‑driven company.
- Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies, especially in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of product development processes, agile methodologies, and market research techniques.
- Experience in go‑to‑market strategies, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
- Ability to work with data analytics, business models, and financial metrics to drive growth.
- Hands‑on experience in backlog management, feature prioritization, and hypothesis validation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams toward a common vision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and strategic mindset.
