We are hiring a Product Owner – IT Optimization & Modernization for a telecom domain project based in Paris, France . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile delivery, product backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and enterprise IT modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision with Product Management and Business Owners.
• Own and manage Product Backlog including Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, effort, and risk.
• Ensure backlog items meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and System Demos.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, System Architects, and development teams for timely delivery.
• Engage with Business Owners to define business value and approve increment plans.
• Validate deliverables against functional and non-functional requirements.
• Use JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Prometheus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in telecom domain or enterprise IT modernization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in large-scale Agile environments.
• Familiarity with TPAS contractual frameworks and Orange agile governance.
