Job Description
You will join the Product Marketing team in Paris and work closely with Victor, head of the team, who will ensure you have all the tools for success.
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will enable growth by improving how Sociabble brings selected product features to market, supports adoption, and generates revenue from both existing and prospective clients.
In this role, you will work across Product, Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Knowledge to shape positioning, enable commercial teams, and strengthen the business impact of the features you manage.
What You Will Do
- Establish yourself as a go-to-market expert internally and externally for the features you manage (such as AI Knowledge Agents, Sites & Pages, and Rewards). Drive and monitor revenue growth for the specific go-to-market segment you oversee.
- Participate in the development and expansion of the Sales Enablement strategy and materials. Shape the narrative and educate sales, pre-sales and customer success teams on how to effectively present and sell your go-to-market feature. Attend client-facing meetings to demonstrate the features and gather feedback from potential and current customers.
- Formulate and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing features. Define marketing and sales channels, establish business targets, analyze the competitive landscape, shape the pricing strategy, outline market positioning and key differentiators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive communication and marketing campaigns that clearly communicate the features value and functionality. Develop social media posts, ad campaigns, landing pages, SEO positioning and more.
- Contribute to cross-feature Product Marketing activities, including product release notes, roadmap presentations, analyst report analysis and market research on specific business verticals.
- Play a key role in boosting product and feature adoption. Collaborate with the Knowledge team to offer the right training to end-users and implement targeted pop-ups and notifications to increase awareness of new features.
- Co-organize events, including webinars, training sessions, workshops, roadmap presentations, beta tester launches, and tutorials to promote Sociabble to both current and potential clients.
- Monitor performance and business impact. Foster urgency within various teams, gather KPIs, track touchpoints, monitor sales deals, and conduct frequent updates with stakeholders to adjust strategy.
Qualifications
You may be the right person for this role if you have:
- More than 2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or relevant experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, or offer development that shows your ability to position, promote, and grow a product.
- A comfort in a sales-oriented, client-facing role and know how to pitch value, lead demos and capture useful feedback from prospects and customers.
- English and French language proficiency at a C1 level.

- Strong marketing mindset and attention to detail, able to improve visuals, blog posts, sales decks, landing pages and other content with clear feedback.
- The ability to simplify complex topics into clear written and spoken communication.
- Strong organization, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Relationship building across teams and stakeholder management.
- Ownership of communication plans, training initiatives, and revenue goals for the features managed.
- Experience with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT to refine ideas, shape messages and generate new ideas efficiently.
