What You'll Own

Reporting to our Marketing Manager and working closely with our Italian sales team, the Italian Field Marketing, Product Manager and the broader Marketing & Ops team, you'll be responsible for making Doctrine perceived as the leading legal AI platform in Italy.

Your Core Scope Covers

  • Go-to-Market: Build and execute all GTM collateral for Italian product launches: product emails, visuals, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, in-product communications, ads.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Translate perceived value from the Italian client's perspective into the Italian website, customer testimonials, landing pages, and brochures.
  • Product Enablement: Work hand-in-hand with our global sales enablement manager to develop and update sales tools (pitch decks, demo flows, objection handling, battlecards). Co‑run product training sessions for the Italian sales team and close the feedback loop on the commercial playbook.
  • Market Intelligence: Become the go‑to expert on the Italian legal market: competitors, personas, buying dynamics. Own the creation and maintenance of Italian battlecards and personas, and synthesize market signals into actionable insight for both product and sales teams.
  • User Education: Work with Product and Growth to ensure Italian users adopt and activate the full range of Doctrine's features through targeted campaigns and in‑app actions.
  • Performance: Define what a successful German launch looks like – that framework does not yet exist and building it is part of the job. Track, iterate, and maximize the impact of everything you ship.

What We're Looking For

  • Native or bilingual Italian: essential for everything in this role.
  • Proven first experience as a Field marketer, PMM or Product Marketer, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Comfort working in English and Italian across multiple teams and stakeholders; able to coordinate complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
  • AI proficiency as part of your toolkit, not a bonus skill. Comfortable using AI tools as a natural extension of your workflow. Our team leads by example.
  • Ability to understand the big picture before doing good work, and translate it into sharp, actionable copy.
  • Natural storyteller: make complex concepts accessible, write with conviction, and speak confidently in front of 100 people.
  • Thrives in ambiguous, fast‑changing international environments.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves: this role ships things, it doesn't just strategize.
  • Brings creative, unconventional ideas to the table.
