Product Marketing Manager

Based in Paris, you will work closely with the Product Marketing team to enable growth for selected product features through improved positioning, adoption support, and revenue generation. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Pre‑Sales, Customer Success, and Knowledge teams.

Responsibilities

  • Establish yourself as a go‑to‑market expert for features such as AI Knowledge Agents, Sites & Pages, and Rewards, driving and monitoring revenue growth.
  • Participate in developing and expanding the Sales Enablement strategy and materials, shaping the narrative and training sales, pre‑sales, and customer success teams.
  • Formulate and implement go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing features, defining marketing and sales channels, business targets, pricing, positioning, and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create comprehensive communication and marketing campaigns, including social media posts, ad campaigns, landing pages, SEO positioning, and other initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross‑feature Product Marketing activities such as monthly product release notes, roadmap presentations, analyst report analysis, and market research.
  • Boost product and feature adoption by working with the Knowledge team on training, pop‑ups, notifications, and product‑led growth initiatives.
  • Co‑organise events, including webinars, training sessions, workshops, roadmap presentations, beta tester launches, and tutorials.
  • Monitor performance and business impact, gather KPIs, track sales deals, and provide frequent updates to stakeholders for strategy adjustments.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Go‑to‑Market, Sales Enablement, Customer Marketing, consulting, entrepreneurship, or offer development.
  • Experience in positioning, launching, promoting, or growing a product, service, offer, or feature.
  • Comfortable in a business‑oriented environment, able to explain value clearly, support sales or customer‑facing teams, contribute to demos or pitches, and gather useful feedback.
  • English and French written and spoken at a minimum C1 level.
  • Experience using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar to structure thinking, accelerate research, and refine messaging.

  • Cross‑functional collaboration: enjoy working with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Pre‑Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Ownership and structure: manage several topics, prioritize, ask the right questions, and adjust when new information arises.
  • Curiosity for SaaS and AI: interest in B2B SaaS positioning, selling, adoption, and improvement, especially in an AI‑driven market.
