As we enter a phase of strong growth, we are looking for a Head of Publisher to:

  • Lead the partnership strategy with publishers
  • Maximize the integration and certification of the Happydemics solution on the supply side
  • Create a dedicated data offering for publishers

About the role

As our Product GTM Manager , you are the "Conductor" of our product’s success. Your mission is simple: ensuring that every new feature we build is perfectly understood by our Sales team, beautifully showcased by our Marketing team, and most importantly actively used by our customers.

You sit at the crossroads of Product, Sales, and Marketing. You don't just "strategize", you execute the bridge between new features and a happy, active user.

Your Main Missions

1. Orchestrate Winning Launches (Go-To-Market)

  • Define and lead the GTM strategy for new features: who are we targeting, when, and through which channels?
  • Build the "Release Machine": Coordinate with Product to stay ahead of the roadmap and ensure the whole company is ready for "Launch Day."

2. Drive Product Adoption & Customer Communication (Go-To-Customer)

  • In-App Engagement: Own our adoption tools (Hubspot, Beamer, Intercom, or similar) to create smart pop-ups, tooltips, and interactive guides.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Write and ship impactful product newsletters and "What’s New" updates to keep our user base engaged and informed.
  • Self-Service Value: Contribute to the Help Center and create short demo videos to ensure customers can find value 24/7.

3. Empower our Sales, AM and Support Teams (Enablement)

  • Translate complex features into "Value Propositions" that sell.
  • Create high-impact sales assets: updated pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and feature one-pagers.
  • Lead internal training sessions to ensure every Sales/CSM is an expert on our latest releases.

4. Bridge to Marketing

  • Act as the bridge for the Marketing team: provide them with the technical substance and messaging they need to run external acquisition campaigns.

Profile Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in Product Marketing, GTM, or Product-Led Growth roles within a SaaS environment. Previous experience in the AdTech or MarTech ecosystem is a significant plus
  • Execution Mindset: You love "shipping" things. You prefer setting up an automated email or an in-app guide over spending two weeks on a 50-page market study.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with (or eager to master) tools like Hubspot and Product Adoption platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills in English. You can turn a technical specification into a story that resonates with a human being.
  • Collaboration: You are a "unifier" capable of talking tech with developers and "ROI" with Sales.

  • Interview with Paul (Head of Trading) for one hour (video or in-person).
  • Interview with Guillaume & Tarek (General Manager, CEO) for one hour to confirm the fit.
