Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand Kolecto's ecosystem: the challenges of the accounting market, key players, and the needs of target customers
• Analyze customer and prospect profiles (ICP, buyers) to tailor messaging and clearly position the product offering
• Promote the product consistently and impactfully through content and materials created by the teams
• Contribute to implementing a Product-Led Growth strategy in collaboration with the Product team
• Lead and coordinate launches of new features or products with internal teams and users
• Support Business teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in understanding, communicating, and selling the products
• Evangelize the product vision internally and externally, while measuring the impact of product changes on the user experience

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a Product Marketing role
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with a data-driven approach to measure and optimize impact
• Proven experience working closely with Product and Tech teams, able to translate market needs into concrete actions
• Autonomy, initiative, and strong organizational skills: you enjoy structuring and driving projects end-to-end
• A good understanding of the challenges faced by owners and managers of micro and small businesses (TPE) and SMEs, particularly regarding sales, purchasing, expense management, or payroll
• Previous experience in fintech or paytech — especially in a B2B banking or software environment — is a strong plus
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders and possess a strong product, business, and user sensibility
