Job Description
Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.
Are you passionate about improving and expanding the possibilities of Cardiovascular? Ready to join a team that’s reimagining how we heal? Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.
Your responsibilities
- Function leadership. Lead and develop the Product Marketing team across EMEA, covering the full EP portfolio (Single Shot, Advanced Therapy, mapping and visualisation, access). Set priorities, performance expectations, and individual development paths aligned with the regional commercial plan and launch calendar.
- Execution of the regional commercial plan. Translate the regional marketing strategy into structured product marketing execution across EMEA countries: launch deployment, campaign development, sales tools, materials, and account-level activation programmes.
- Launch deployment. Drive the in‑market execution of new product, indication, and care‑pathway launches: country readiness, sales force enablement, customer‑facing materials, congress activation, early‑experience capture, and post‑launch performance management.
- Customer engagement programmes. Design and deploy regional customer engagement programmes – KOL programmes (commercial), advocacy development, congress and event activation, peer‑to‑peer initiatives – that accelerate adoption and reinforce positioning.
- Sales enablement. Partner with Commercial to ensure the sales force is equipped to execute the commercial plan: messaging, objection handling, competitive responses, value‑based selling tools, and incentive programme design input.
- Commercial performance. Own product‑level commercial performance, adoption KPIs, share trajectory, and activation metrics across the portfolio; structure findings into clear input for Strategy, Education, Commercial, and senior leadership.
- EPLT‑level partnership. Engage as a strategic partner to EMEA leadership: deliver concise updates on launch progress, adoption performance, programme effectiveness, and market dynamics with commercial implications.
- Cross‑functional alignment. Operate effectively across Marketing Strategy, Education, Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Supply, and country leadership, with sharp understanding of role boundaries.
Requirements
- Experience. 7+ years in MedTech with deep electrophysiology, cardiovascular, or interventional procedural experience; combined product marketing, launch leadership, and commercial execution exposure at regional scale.
- Product marketing depth. Demonstrated experience leading product marketing, launch deployment, and commercial execution at regional scale; track record of driving adoption and market share in competitive categories.
- Team leadership. Proven experience leading marketing or commercial teams in matrix environments; able to attract, develop, and retain commercially oriented marketing and clinical talent.
- Commercial orientation. Translates portfolio strategy into in‑market action – adoption, account engagement, field‑level competitive response.
- Cross‑functional fluency. Operates effectively across Marketing Strategy, Education, KOL Management, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Commercial, Supply, and country leadership, with sharp understanding of role boundaries.
- Communication. Strong written and verbal English; able to deliver concise executive updates and represent the function externally with KOLs and partners.
- Education. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Travel. Regular EMEA travel expected (approximately 40-50%).
