Product Marketing Manager
Location: London or Paris
About the Role
You will be part of the Product Marketing team led by Danielle Delahunty-James, VP of Product Marketing. The team consists of 5 Product Marketing Managers across Paris and London. Your mission is to translate product innovation into compelling stories that help customers understand, adopt, and succeed with Mirakl’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy and own the narrative: drive end‑to‑end GTM planning and execution across Mirakl’s core platform, partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver coordinated, high‑impact launches and craft differentiated messaging.
- Be the voice of the market: bring customer, competitive, and market insights into product and GTM strategy, keeping Mirakl ahead in a fast‑evolving e‑Commerce and AI‑driven landscape.
- Empower global sales teams: deliver best‑in‑class enablement, tools, and narratives that help teams win in competitive enterprise deals across regions.
- Move at product speed: partner with high‑velocity product teams to ensure every release lands with clear messaging and full GTM readiness.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment: act as a strategic partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, aligning priorities, messaging, and execution on a global scale.
Required Experience
- Significant experience in Product Marketing within enterprise SaaS, eCommerce, or marketplace platforms.
- Proven track record of owning end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy in a fast‑paced, global organisation.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in high‑growth, agile environments with rapid product release cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong storytelling and positioning capabilities.
- Team player with proven stakeholder management across senior and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer value.
- Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
- AI fluency: able to leverage AI tools and embed AI‑driven thinking into marketing workflows and GTM strategy.
Required Languages
- English (C2 level) required, both spoken and written.
- French a plus, not required.
