Product Marketing Italy
Our Mission
At Doctrine, we're building Europe's leading legal AI platform. Law shouldn't be slowed down by repetitive tasks; it should be augmented by a specialised AI designed to understand, analyse and produce legal reasoning at the highest standard. We aim to help legal professionals work with greater reliability, efficiency and peace of mind through a single, comprehensive and secure platform.
The Context
Doctrine has achieved 50% annual growth over the last four years and has become the market leader in AI‑powered legal research in France. We expanded into Italy (2024), Germany (2025), and in 2026 acquired Maïté, the Spanish legal AI champion. Our Sales, Marketing & Ops teams are operating at full speed across multiple markets with increasingly ambitious launches.
Why this role exists
Doctrine's international expansion is accelerating. As we scale across Italy, Germany, and Spain, the opportunity is clear: build a genuinely local presence in each market. This role is to own the Italian market, turning market knowledge into sharp positioning, clear narratives, and confident product advocacy.
What you’ll own
- Go-to‑Market: Build and execute all GTM collateral for Italian product launches: product emails, visuals, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, in‑product communications, and ads.
- Positioning & Messaging: Understand perceived value from Italian clients and translate that into the Italian website, customer testimonials, landing pages, and brochures.
- Product Enablement: Work with global sales enablement to develop and update sales tools (pitch decks, demo flows, objection handling, battlecards). Co‑run product training sessions and close the feedback loop on the commercial playbook.
- Market Intelligence: Be the go‑to expert on the Italian legal market: competitors, personas, buying dynamics. Own the creation and maintenance of Italian battlecards and personas, and synthesize market signals into actionable insight.
- User Education: Ensure Italian users adopt and activate Doctrine’s full range of features through targeted campaigns and in‑app actions.
- Performance: Define what a successful German launch looks like, track and iterate on impact, and maximize outcomes of delivered initiatives.
