Product Manager - Waterfall & Developer Platform
We started with a simple goal: build the best product to find the emails and phone numbers businesses need to reach the right people.
Most enrichment tools rely on a single data source, which means patchy coverage and inconsistent quality. We took a different path. FullEnrich aggregates 20+ data providers into a single waterfall system, automatically testing each source until we find the best possible contact info. The result is the highest coverage on the market, with better data quality. We call this our “Waterfall ”.
As we grew, our vision expanded: become the GTM data orchestration layer for human and AI agents. Today, FullEnrich is trusted by 3,500+ customers including AWS, Shopify, Deel, and HubSpot, and we got there with very limited funding. Our PLG motion brings in around 2,000 new signups every week, and we're a team of ~50 split between the US and Europe.

The role
We're hiring a Product Manager to own two things: the Waterfall itself, and the launch of our biggest bet, Waterfall as a Service (WaaS) .
Your mission has two sides that feed each other.
- The Waterfall : the enrichment engine at the heart of FullEnrich, and the core product mechanics around it (billing, credits, quality, coverage, compliance).
- Waterfall as a Service : a brand-new, developer-first product that lets other companies implement FullEnrich inside their own products, with their own provider keys, their own tenants, and full observability. This one is a 0→1: the PRD is written, the first building blocks are in development, and the go-to-market is yours to shape.
Because WaaS is a new product with a strong innovation dimension, this is as much a discovery role as a delivery role. Your job is to de-risk hard before we launch: talk to ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), run design partnerships, prototype, and figure out for each capability whether it's a must-have or a nice-to-have. The metric that matters most on this scope is the revenue generated by the software vendors building on us. More information in the “Why now” section below.
You'll join François (PM, France), Daniel (Growth PM, San Francisco), and two Product Designers (Enzo, France and Lenny, Denmark). You'll report to the CPO (based in San Francisco).
Why now
A new generation of go-to-market software is emerging: agentic-driven CRMs and sales engagement platforms, built around AI agents that prospect, qualify, and reach out at machine speed. This wave changes everything about how contact data gets consumed by revenue teams (sales & marketing).
We've spent years building what we believe is the best enrichment engine on the market for our own product: a waterfall orchestrating 20+ providers, with verification, concurrency management, and monitoring built in. ISVs already embed FullEnrich into their products and represent a meaningful share of our revenue.
And from this usage, we’ve seen an interesting signal: some of our customers build their own waterfall on top of ours .
It happens for two structural reasons.
- First, they have direct contracts with data providers we don't have, and never will, for competitive reasons.
- Second, they've negotiated better pricing with some providers on our roster, so they call those providers first under their own contracts and fall back to us for the rest.
Today they orchestrate all of this themselves, rebuilding on their side pieces we already run internally, orchestration and verification being the obvious examples.
WaaS is our answer: turn that internal engine into the infrastructure layer that other companies, including this new wave of agentic platforms, build their enrichment on.
Think of Twilio for communications, Stripe for payments, Plaid for financial data, or OpenRouter for AI models: infrastructure platforms that simplify access to a fragmented ecosystem through one unified layer. FullEnrich aims to become that layer for GTM data.
The window to become that layer is now, before this generation of buyers locks in its stack. This role owns that bet.
What you'll work on
Waterfall as a Service
- Take WaaS from specs to market: land our first design partners, turn them into paying ISVs, and open a new revenue line for FullEnrich.
- Craft a Developer Experience that makes FullEnrich the obvious choice: API contracts, docs, SDKs. On a developer product, DX is what converts and what retains.
- De-risk before we build: structured ISV interviews, design partnerships, prototypes. Engineering time only goes to capabilities customers will pay for.
The Waterfall itself
- Push the quality and coverage of the engine: it's the number one reason customers choose us and stay. A data quality engineer is dedicated to this full time; you drive his prioritization.
- Own billing, credits, and the pricing logic of our usage-based model: the mechanics that turn usage into revenue.
- Ship screening against the major Do Not Call databases: compliance work that protects our customers and unlocks the most demanding accounts.
Who you are
Must have:
- At least 3 years in a Product Manager role. The core reflexes of an experienced PM should already be second nature: partnering closely with engineering, scoping features effectively, balancing trade-offs, and prioritizing your own work.
- You’ve built for developers. You’ve worked as a PM whose end users were developers, and you’ve integrated APIs yourself. You know what a good and a bad developer experience feel like from personal pain, and you have solid overall API knowledge.
- You believe in the model. Developer-first infrastructure is a product in its own right, not an API bolted onto the main product as an afterthought. You want to build the platform others build on.
- You’re comfortable with high ambiguity. You proactively detect product risk (problem, solution, positioning, and distribution risk) and use the product toolbox (discovery, design partners, prototypes) to build confidence or invalidate hypotheses fast.
- You’ve shipped 0→1. You’ve taken a product from zero to one, with a demonstrable track record, and you can walk us through it.
- You’ve embraced AI. Not just casual chat usage: you’ve built or automated things with it on your own, beyond simple MCP usage (harness, skills, sub-agent workflows, etc), and you have a real read on where the space is heading.
- Strong point of view, high agency. You don't wait for a playbook. You form a thesis, and you push to bet ahead of the curve.
- Clear communication. You can explain what you're building and why to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- French and English. Our working language is English, but 95% of the core product team is native French, so fluent or native French is a strong nice-to-have (almost a must-have).
Nice to have:
- You know the space. Your experience made you familiar with the industry: software for sales and marketing teams.
- You've worked in a relatively mature product org in the past (3+ Product Managers).
- Experience with B2B data, enrichment, or infrastructure products.
- Background in a B2B PLG company.
If you've been doing this kind of work in a different context and the mission resonates, we want to hear from you.
Our stack
- Tool stack: Segment for product tracking, PostHog for Product Analytics, Intercom for support and customer engagement, HubSpot, and BigQuery (data warehouse) + Basedash (AI Native BI) to combine product and billing data, Figma for design and Notion + Linear for project management.
