Product Manager Tools
Job Summary
Reporting to the EMEIA Product Marketing Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Maintenance & Repair portfolio, including Cordless Tools. You will be responsible for defining and executing product marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen market position, and maximize profitability across the EMEIA region. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Regional Marketing teams, you will transform customer insights into innovative product and marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the Maintenance & Repair portfolio throughout the EMEIA region;
- Define and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions;
- Contribute to the product roadmap and support new product development and launch activities;
- Manage the product lifecycle and ensure portfolio vitality through continuous optimization;
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize pricing strategies to support profitability and market competitiveness;
- Develop impactful marketing content and sales enablement tools, including digital campaigns, brochures, and product launches;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate demand, improve customer engagement, and achieve commercial targets.
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing within an industrial or technical environment;
- Proven ability to manage product portfolios and drive business growth;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities;
- Fluent in French and English.
Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements
This position is open to full-time remote working from anywhere in France.
Occasional travel to the Chalifert site (77) and across the EMEIA region will be required for team meetings, customer visits, product launches, training sessions, trade shows, and other business-related activities. The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs require.
