PRODUCT MANAGER Tagwalk Permanent contract Paris, FR Agile Application Development Scrum

Tagwalk is looking for a Product Manager, who will report directly to the CEO.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the development of Tagwalk’s digital products and ensuring that they correspond to customers’ needs while fitting into the internal roadmap and guidelines.

You will be required to manage diversified projects in close collaboration with the business, tech and data teams.

Your main tasks will be:

1. Define the evolutions and improvements of the product with the CEO and CTO
2. Be responsible for writing specifications for new projects in conjunction with the Management team.
3. Work in collaboration with the Creative team to design wireframes and prototypes
4. Participate in the definition of the roadmap
5. Write user stories, prioritize them and maintain the product backlog
6. Test the features to make sure what we develop works properly and is true to specification
7. Ensure that our features are properly communicated to users, in collaboration with the Marketing team
8. Set up key performance indicators and tracking tools
9. Understand user needs through interviews, online surveys, behavioral analyses and collaboration with the Data, Tech and Business teams.

THE PROFILE

1. 5+ years of product management experience
2. You master the different aspects of product management
3. You have strong product intuition, but also a result-oriented mindset
4. You have great communication skills, with ability to step back and synthesize
5. You are a very good communicator, able to efficiently discuss with customers and colleagues
6. You have a strong sense of user experience
7. You are a very organized person, able to follow many products at different levels of maturity
8. You are at ease with scrum and agile methodologies
9. You have a strong capacity for initiative and you are a fast-learner
10. You have a real interest in fashion and beauty, ideally with experience in this sector
