Product Manager - Storage
Our Storage Product team is looking for a Product Manager located in Paris, Lille, Toulouse, Rennes, Rouen, Bordeaux or Lyon.
Why we need you
We are expanding our storage portfolio to build a robust and scalable infrastructure capable of absorbing high loads and supporting our expanding cloud environment.
Your mission will be to act as the guarantor for a strategic range of products within our storage portfolio, taking responsibility for its lifecycle and roadmap alignment in order to evangelize customer needs, accelerate technical innovation, and ensure the overall value and success of our core storage offerings.
Responsibilities
- Define, structure, and pilot the product roadmap for your strategic storage portfolio.
- Translate the voice of the customer directly into the product discovery and design phases.
- Accelerate innovation and orchestrate proof‑of‑concepts in close collaboration with R&D and engineering teams.
- Contribute to the go‑to‑market strategy to accelerate product growth and market adoption.
- Maintain deep client relationships across various channels, including community Slack channels, direct meetings, and RFQ responses.
- Leverage data and analytical tools such as Metabase and n8n to ensure impactful, data‑driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, marketing, finance, and supply teams to transform customer requirements into highly technical cloud solutions.
Hard Skills
- Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years specializing in product management, product ownership, or technical project management.
- Proven track record managing highly complex technological products spanning software or hardware.
- Hands‑on experience working with large‑scale infrastructure projects or within cloud ecosystems (IaaS).
- Strong data culture with familiarity using management and analytical tools such as Jira, Confluence, Metabase, and n8n.
- Solid technical grasp or strong affinity for cloud storage solutions (object, block, file) and hardware lifecycle management.
Soft Skills
- Strong synthesis skills: ability to arbitrate, prioritize, and bring clarity to complex, highly transversal environments.
- Deep tech culture: natural curiosity and pronounced taste for innovation, technical infrastructure, and storage systems.
- Analytical & data‑driven mindset: ensuring all product decisions are backed by data to maximize impact and growth.
- Mentorship capabilities: effectively guide a team and upskill more junior technical profiles.
- Evangelization & influence: strong communication skills to champion the product vision both internally and externally at events or with partners.
- Structured and collaborative: highly organized team player who balances flexibility with strict precision.

Hiring Process
- Discovery call with a recruiter (30 min).
- Interview with the head of product storage to understand technical skills and approach to the role (45 min).
- Technical use case presentation with several product managers to validate expertise (1 h).
- Interview with the engineering manager to deepen discussions and assess fit with the team (45 min).
- Final on‑site visit to tour offices and meet future colleagues.
