Product Manager - Payment F/M

The position can be based in Bordeaux with up to 3 days of remote work per week, or performed remotely with on-site presence in the Bordeaux office 2 days every 2 weeks (accommodation and transportation covered).

Product Manager – Payment

You'll join the Payment Product team, reporting directly to the Head of Product and be at the heart of Betclic’s payment service evolution across French and international markets.

Your responsibilities

• Deploy the product strategy within your scope
• Identify projects that enhance the customer experience and optimize payment and withdrawal operations
• Define, specify, lead, and validate new features and evolutions with technical teams
• Gather and prioritize user needs
• Ensure the quality of the product and its documentation
• Monitor performance on a daily basis
• Stay up to date with tech and competitive trends
• Perform functional analysis in case of incidents
• Use SQL to query and process data

You will work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Marketing, Compliance) as well as external partners (payment providers, etc.).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a payments department
• Known for initiative and collaborative mindset, with a strong data‑driven approach
• Proficient in SQL
• Fluently speak English and French
