Job Description
Your Mission
As a Product Manager – Mobile App, you’ll own Voyage Privé’s mobile platforms, driving business growth and delivering outstanding user experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of Data , Tech , Design , and Sales , translating business priorities and user needs into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision for the mobile app, aligned with company growth and user goals.
- Continuously improve the app experience for engagement, retention, and conversion .
- Optimize user journeys, product pages, and onboarding to reduce friction and drive measurable KPIs.
- Deploy personalization through user preference capture, ranking, and journey pre‑configuration.
- Leverage data and experimentation (analytics, cohorts, A/B testing, user research) to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.
- Collaborate closely with Data , Tech , Design , and Sales to deliver business‑aligned, user‑centric experiences.
- Act as the internal reference for mobile app best practices, advocating for technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager , with a proven track record of driving business impact .
- Successfully managed e‑commerce mobile app projects , optimizing for retention, conversion, and user experience (including speed) .
- Strong ability to blend strategic and operational approaches , turning product vision into business growth.
- Skilled at setting priorities, tracking KPIs, and delivering measurable results aligned with company objectives.
- Attracted to new technologies and passionate about participating in the full product lifecycle .
- Strong analytical mindset , able to think, act, and communicate ideas effectively based on sound data.
- Communicate well in English and French .
Recruitment Process
- Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (30–45 min): Get to know each other! We’ll share more about the role, the team, and our culture.
- Manager Interview (60 min): Meet your future manager to deep dive into your experience, missions, and ways of working.
- Business Case – A practical exercise to showcase your analytical mindset, creativity, and strategic thinking. You’ll then have a 30‑minute debrief session to discuss your approach and insights, followed by 1:1 meetings (20 minutes each) with an Engineering Manager , Product Designer , and Manager Insights & Analytics to dive deeper into collaboration, problem‑solving, and team fit.
- Chief Digital Officer Interview (45 min) – Meet your future N+2 to align on expectations, culture, and long‑term impact.
