Product Manager Identity and Access Management

Your mission will be to define the roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of IAM features in order to build a secure, sovereign, and scalable identity infrastructure for our European customers.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day. You will be part of a team of 6 people (including a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, and DevOps Engineers), supported by a dedicated cross‑functional squad of designers and frontend developers. You will join a core group of 7 Product Managers focused on building the essential pillars of the Scaleway ecosystem.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Ensure the delivery and success of complex security‑focused features
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise clients to understand and integrate their specific security requirements
- Coordinate with multiple Product Managers across the company to influence the global roadmap
- Work daily with the Engineering Manager and DevOps team to solve complex technical challenges
- Maintain product documentation and track performance using tools like Amplitude
- Manage project progress and workflows through Jira and Confluence
- Participate in strategic discussions regarding SecNumCloud compliance and sovereign security standards
- Act as the key interface between technical engineering teams and business‑oriented stakeholders
- Advocate for technical excellence and security‑first principles within the Product organization
ABOUT YOU
HARD SKILLS
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Product Management within a tech environment
- Proven experience in at least one of the following: IAM, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or Identity/Rights management
- Strong interest in high‑level technical complexity and security topics
- Proficiency with standard PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Amplitude)
- Ability to lead and deliver real products in high‑stakes environments (e.g., Banking, Healthcare, or Military contexts)
SOFT SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills, especially in Enterprise client‑facing contexts
- Highly structured and rigorous approach to problem‑solving
- Strong ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders without direct authority
- Proactive mindset with an appetite for deep technical dives
- Collaborative spirit with a focus on collective success
