Product Manager, HashiCorp Vault
As a HashiCorp Vault product manager, you ensure the voices of our clients are heard and oversee the user experience. You assemble consistent and engaging solutions in close collaboration with participants to meet real needs and maximize business value. You provide influential leadership, motivate teams and spearhead product development on an iterative and strategic basis. You take part in complex projects that require a deep understanding of your line of business and the organization. More specifically, you are responsible for the development, integration and evolution of HashiCorp Vault within our information system, and the oversight of security, reliability and compliance when it comes to the management of secrets and credentials. You are part of the Identity and Internal Access Management team for the Evolution of Initiatives Department. More specifically, you will be required to:
Define and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items based on the value generated for users and the organization.
Translate user needs into clear specifications and make sure the team understands them.
Work with development teams on the delivery of frequent increments that add value, while ensuring product quality.
Use usage data and feedback to adjust the roadmap, validate assumptions and improve the experience.
Be a custodian of value: Measure the impact of deliveries and adjust priorities in accordance with results.
Help develop a clear and inspiring product vision that is translated into an evolutionary roadmap that is aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Actively collaborate with internal and external partners and their developers by ensuring continuous strategic alignment.
Provide engaging leadership to teams by encouraging independence, accountability and group performance.
Coach other product managers and help share best practices.
Represent your unit and the organization in the context of agreements with external partners and organizations.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, cybersecurity or equivalent)
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience with product backlog management
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience with agile and working in a continuous improvement environment
Experience working with infrastructure as code and automation
HashiCorp certification or equivalent
Knowledge of French is required
Proven expertise operating HashiCorp Vault (Enterprise or OpenSource)
Proficiency in performance measurement tools (KPIs, analytics, qualitative feedback)
Proficiency with DevOps tools: Terraform, Consul, Ansible, GitHub, CI/CD
Knowledge of influential leadership
Knowledge of IT security: PKI, encryption, authentication
Sound knowledge of cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
