Generative AI is becoming a key capability across Betclic. Beyond deploying tools, our ambition is to help every team integrate AI into their daily work, improve decision‑making, accelerate execution, and unlock new ways of working.

As a Product Manager – GenAI , your mission will be to make AI accessible, useful, and sustainable across the organization. You will act as the bridge between platform capabilities, business teams and transformation initiatives to ensure that GenAI is not only available, but effectively understood, adopted and embedded into everyday processes.

You will work closely with the GenAI Factory, Product, IT, Security, HR and business stakeholders to develop AI maturity, accelerate adoption and continuously improve the employee experience around AI tools.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

GenAI Platform Ownership & Governance

• Act as one of the key owners of the GenAI platform ecosystem (ChatGPT Enterprise, assistants, connectors, skills, automations, and future solutions).
• Define and maintain governance frameworks, best practices, usage guidelines, and operating models.
• Manage platform administration topics including access management, user segmentation, permissions, and adoption policies.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, platform capabilities, security requirements, and compliance constraints.
• Closely monitor platform usage and identify unadapted behaviours or use cases.

Enablement & Change Management

• Act as a trusted advisor for teams looking to integrate AI into their daily activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can improve ways of working.
• Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, FAQs, prompt libraries, standards, and reusable frameworks.
• Translate new GenAI capabilities into actionable guidance for employees.
• Promote best practices around prompting, assistants, automation, and responsible AI usage.
• Capture successful initiatives and transform local learnings into scalable assets for the wider organization.
• Ensure knowledge is continuously updated as the ecosystem evolves.

Adoption Measurement & Impact Tracking

• Define and monitor KPIs related to GenAI adoption and maturity.
• Track platform usage, engagement, satisfaction, and business impact indicators.
• Produce regular reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, adoption gaps, and opportunities for acceleration.
• Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and continuously improve them.

Innovation & Ecosystem Monitoring

• Stay informed about emerging GenAI capabilities, tools and market trends.
• Assess new features and coordinate their rollout across the organization.
• Identify innovations that can improve employee productivity and collaboration.
• Act as an internal advocate for continuous learning and experimentation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm.

This job is for you if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in transformation, change management, product operations, enablement, consulting or a related field.
• You have hands‑on experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Make, n8n or similar platforms.
• You are comfortable translating complex technologies into practical business applications.
• You enjoy training, coaching, facilitating workshops and helping teams grow their capabilities.
• You combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are curious, pragmatic and naturally inclined to simplify complexity.
• You are comfortable working in cross‑functional environments involving business, product, IT and leadership teams.
• You have experience defining KPIs and measuring adoption or transformation initiatives.
• You are fluent in both French and English.
