Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle in line with company strategy.
• Be involved from product design through promotional actions to achieve commercialization objectives.
• Contribute to definition of product and marketing strategy; monitor market, competitive, regulatory, technology, and local incentives.
• Support medium-term strategy for products in target markets.
• Propose prioritization of new product development opportunities in line with strategy, evaluating economic, organizational, and commercial aspects.
• Contribute to development of product development and launch roadmaps.
• Propose go-to-market strategy, distribution channels, and target customers.
• Develop and implement marketing action plan.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with various departments throughout product lifecycle.
• Contribute to definition of pricing policy.
• Update sales and communication tools in collaboration with communication and sales teams.
• Prepare sales and communication tools; provide sales arguments and support training of teams.
• Monitor and analyze sales/margins, orders, and market results to measure commercial objectives.
• Contribute to and validate product communication content with the communication department (digital, web, press, events).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in energy systems, heating, air conditioning, or industrial refrigeration; marketing background is a plus.
• 5–10 years of proven experience as Product Manager or engineering leader within energy, HVAC, refrigeration, or compressor manufacturing industries.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and matrix organizations.
• Fluent in English; ability to work in an international environment.
