Product Manager E-Business / Ecommerce

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to ship features that solve complex problems across the whole value chain.
• Use research, data, and insights to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and scale products across different locations, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives, particularly in a remote setup.
• Drive key product KPIs (engagement, retention, adoption) and present results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation and MVP to launch and post-release iterations—while overseeing day-to-day routines, including agile ceremonies, backlog management, project and program management, and OKRs, to guarantee successful implementation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience, ideally within e-business platforms or consumer-facing applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact products that have successfully scaled across multiple locations.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Experience in both B2B or B2C environments, with at least one experience in e-commerce, covering aspects such as payment processing, order management, buying funnels, and product catalogs.
• Strong data and analytical skills, with experience in establishing and monitoring KPIs to assess product success, complemented by exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and engagement across all levels of the organization.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams and working in an Agile environment, showcasing adaptability and ability to deliver iterative improvements.
• User-first mindset, with the ability to balance immediate results with long-term growth strategies.
