Product Manager Discovery Lead

Ofelia is turning business processes into conversational experiences, driven by intelligent agents. We are in the middle of launching an AI-native platform, and the market is being written as we go.

Few roles give you this: a product to shape from the earliest stage, a team (Product Engineers) that builds with you rather than waiting for specs, and a market where being early actually means something. This is one of them.

The scope

• You are in the field with users, not writing strategy decks from a distance. You find the problems worth solving, you prove they're real, and you frame them so the team can act with conviction.
• Discovery is not a handoff here. You run it with engineers and designers in the room from the start.

What this looks like in practice

continuous user interviews, sharp problem briefs, early-adopter customers recruited and nurtured, and a measurable signal on PMF within 90 days.

What sets you apart

You stay in the problem space when everyone around you drifts toward the solution. You build your own panel from scratch, cold outreach included. You measure progress in business terms, not feature delivery. You have done this before, in an ambiguous, early-stage context, without a finished playbook.
