Context
Edenred is transitioning to a unified, group‑wide approach for identity and activation. The Digital Identity domain serves B2C, B2B, and B2B2C use cases across applications and e‑commerce platforms. In this role you will accelerate convergence and adoption of domain products, harmonize practices, and drive reuse at scale.
Role
Product Manager Digital Identity. Your main responsibilities include:
- Product strategy and vision: Define the ambition, value proposition, and roadmap for your product(s) in alignment with the Digital Identity domain vision and market/country needs; prioritize problems and initiatives through measurable objectives (OKRs), business cases, and impact/effort analysis.
- Discovery and design: Lead continuous discovery with users and stakeholders (markets, business teams, Legal/Security, Tech); formalize needs (user stories, PRDs) and frame functional and non‑functional requirements (performance, security, privacy, resilience, scalability); craft great UX with Design.
- Delivery and operations: Drive backlog, releases, and delivery with engineering (agile/lean), track quality (testing, acceptance criteria), and production reliability; implement observability (metrics, alerting, SLO/SLA) and run continuous improvement.
- Convergence and integrations: Ensure interoperability across domain products (identity/access, verification, consent/preferences, notifications, marketing tools) and their harmonized integration within Edenred’s ecosystem; define standards for APIs, events, and data models to enable reuse at group level.
- Governance, compliance and security: Embed privacy‑by‑design and security‑by‑design in partnership with Legal/Privacy/Security; document governance (usage policies, controls, audits) and manage risks (operational, regulatory, third‑party).
- Data, measurement and quality: Define success metrics and dashboards (adoption, performance, data quality, satisfaction); ensure data integrity, freshness, and traceability (e.g., state propagation, identifiers, preferences) with data platform teams.
- Country rollout and change management: Establish “minimum viable” then “advanced” rollout paths, with integration kits, configuration templates, and migration plans; lead the country community, provide support, training, and documentation, and feed insights back into the roadmap.
- Stakeholders and vendor management: Align and arbitrate with Product, Data, Engineering, Security, Legal, and local market teams; where relevant, conduct vendor evaluations/contracts, define SLAs, and monitor partner performance.
- Define and track KPIs: Adoption and convergence (countries/products onboarded, use‑case coverage, reduction of local solutions); experience and reliability (availability, latency, stability, UX quality); data and compliance (data quality/completeness, traceability, compliance/security incidents); time‑to‑market and efficiency (roadmap adherence, velocity, MTTR, costs, and SLA attainment); satisfaction (user feedback, NPS/CSAT, market and stakeholder satisfaction).
Profile (Professional & Technical)
- Proven experience in Product Management of cross‑domain/platform capabilities in an international environment.
- Mastery of the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, delivery, internal go‑to‑market, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of application architectures and integrations (APIs, events), non‑functional requirements (security, performance, privacy), and the principles of identity/access, preference/consent, notifications, and verification.
- Data fluency: define metrics, analyze outcomes, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Agile/lean practices, backlog/roadmap management, PRD/user story writing, and experiment/test design.
Soft skills
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence, including with central and local leadership.
- Strong prioritization and execution, autonomy, rigor, and results orientation.
- User empathy, analytical mindset, and curiosity; ability to manage ambiguity and drive convergence.
- Team player with a global mindset; comfortable in multicultural settings.
Languages
- Fluent English required; another language is a plus.
