Product Manager – Digital Asset Trading

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Product Manager – Digital Asset Trading to join the founding product team of Euronext Digital Assets. The position will be based in Paris (preferred) and will start as soon as possible. You will report to the Chief Product Officer, Digital Assets. We are seeking a Product Manager to define, deliver, and scale the next generation of trading infrastructure for digital assets, starting with security tokens. The role combines strategic product ownership with hands‑on delivery leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business opportunities into tangible products and services, driving initiatives from concept and design through implementation and launch. Working across business, technology, operations, legal, risk, regulatory, and post‑trade teams, the Product Manager will coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of new capabilities supporting security tokens, 24/7 trading, T+0 settlement, digital cash integration, and interoperability across blockchain ecosystems and market infrastructures. You will primarily be responsible for:

Product Strategy

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security token trading and associated services.
• Develop market models supporting 24/7 trading, T+0 settlement, trading against different currencies and forms of cash (including stablecoins, tokenised deposits, CBDCs), and flexible clearing arrangements (including bilateral, no clearing model where appropriate).
• Define market models for centralised and decentralised trading protocols.
• Define approaches for interoperability and fungibility across token standards.
• Define approaches to manage liquidity fragmentation across extended trading hours and different financial instruments form (tokens and non‑tokens).
• Define product requirements and operating models for market surveillance, market abuse monitoring, regulatory reporting, pre‑ and post‑trade transparency, recordkeeping, and auditability and regulatory access within tokenised market environments.
• Monitor market, regulatory, and technology developments and translate them into product opportunities.

Product Delivery & Implementation

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle from business case to production launch and product adoption.
• Lead the definition of business requirements, functional specifications, operating models, and implementation plans.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery against milestones, budget, and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate potential vendor evaluations, proof‑of‑concepts, pilot programmes, and production roll‑outs.
• Manage dependencies across listing, trading, clearing, settlement, data services, operations, technology, legal, regulatory and compliance.
• Define success metrics and oversee post‑launch adoption and product performance.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Act as the central coordination point between business, technology, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and external partners.
• Align stakeholders around target operating models, priorities, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate decision‑making involving multiple internal teams and third‑party vendors.
• Present recommendations, business cases, and implementation progress to senior management.
• Build strong relationships with market participants and technology providers.

Your profile:

• ~10 year experience
• Proven experience taking products from concept through design, specification and launch, ideally within new or early‑stage product lines.
• Product management experience in trading venue (exchange, MTF, fintech).
• Strong understanding of trading (market models, technology, workflows) and interfaces with other key products and functions (including post‑trade, market data, surveillance).
• Experience delivering innovative technology programmes.
• Ability to engage deeply with technical topics such as tokenisation, digital assets, smart contracts, blockchain interoperability, and stablecoins without necessarily being an engineer.
• Preferred knowledge of SQL and Python (e.g. to test and use an API and pull out data).
• Excellent stakeholder management and programme coordination skills.
• Proven ability to move from strategy and concept design to implementation and launch.
• Hands‑on familiarity with APIs and integration‑heavy B2B or institutional products.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages is an asset given the pan‑European client base.
