Senior Product Manager – Corporate Solutions

At Ayvens Digital & IT, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of Legal and HR digital products from ideation to launch, adoption and continuous improvement. The role requires end‑to‑end ownership, strategic advocacy, and alignment with business goals to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and definition, collaborating with stakeholders and the Product Director during visioning and concept development.
• Maintain the product portfolio roadmap, ensuring it supports business goals and aligns with the overall product roadmap.
• Track the success of functional initiatives and develop methods to improve efficiency.
• Quantify all investments in scope to ensure anticipated value delivery.
• Drive decisions based on facts and data, validating assumptions to de‑risk decisions.
• Conduct research and analysis on regulatory, technical and business topics to support product requirements and solution design.
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, serving as the primary contact for related queries.
• Operate independently within the Ayvens product framework.
• Mentor and coach other product managers and business analysts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful business leadership experience in product management or product strategy.
• Proven track record of successful product roadmap delivery.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a highly collaborative environment while managing multiple products and projects independently.
• Fluent English, both verbally and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial and market analysis.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and deliver results.
• Intercultural competence and experience working in multiple countries or multicultural teams.
