Product Manager - BCG GAMMA

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Innovation Architect/Product Manager is an exemplar of culture creation and innovative thinking for BCG Omnia's innovation business model. This model focuses on incubation and creativity in an Agile and fast‑moving subset of a technology business at BCG. This individual is on the bleeding edge of technology trends, disruption, and commercialization, but is also carrying and building culture within the group. What we need from you is demonstrated leadership across all stages of product development, incubation, commercialization, people and culture. You will be working from ideation to proof of concept to implementation with technology teams, consulting teams, and Partners at the firm. The Innovation Architect/Product Manager can align with Senior Leaders to co‑create new products and services in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Defining an investment business case
• Adopting a lean start‑up approach to build a POC and rapid go‑to‑market strategy
• Exploring and analysing markets and industry trends
• Collaborating with diverse resources at BCG such as Developers, Designers, and Product Managers, but also Consulting teams and Partners
• Defining relevant business models for products, services, and people
• Performing competitive analysis
• Developing strong business plans
• Defining the balance between clients? needs and business requirements
• Facilitating co‑creation sessions with multi‑disciplinary teams
• Driving revenue against a P&L

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 5-7 years? experience with strategy development, business planning, product expertise, client management
• Design or product development expertise
• Strategy consulting experience preferred
• Experience in a high‑pressure start‑up environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams and/or involvement with a top‑tier consulting firm
• Bachelor?s degree / Advanced degree preferred
