About the Product team

Our system is called Owkin K Pro, an AI copilot for drug discovery and development, used by researchers, clinicians, in pharma companies or academia to better understand biology, validate scientific hypotheses, and deliver better diagnostics and therapies faster.

Owkin K Pro is our agentic AI platform for biology and drug development. Our Product Managers own the corresponding product strategy and work across science, engineering, customers, and partners. We're an AI-native team: we build and prototype the product, we don't only spec it, and we use agentic and LLM tooling every day.

About the role:

We're looking for a product builder at heart, someone who reaches for code before slides, who can both create new capabilities and connect them to customers and growth. You'll prototype solutions on top of our agentic platform, convert manual workflows into reusable products, prioritize strategic integrations over custom development, and engage directly with customers and partners to ensure your work has meaningful impact and adoption.

In particular, you will:

• Own product areas end to end, from discovery through delivery, turning ambiguous problems into shipped products across scientific, technical, and commercial domains.

• Prototype and build AI-native concepts fast, agentic workflows, internal copilots, new surfaces and get them in front of users in days, not quarters.

• Turn manual, repetitive work into a reusable product that the whole team stands on.

• Own build‑vs‑buy and integration decisions: evaluate best‑in‑class external solutions and wire them in where that beats building from scratch.

• Partner closely with customers, scientists, engineers, and partners, and bring field insight back into the roadmap.

• Connect directly to customers and growth: support demos, pre‑sales, and adoption initiatives.

• Bridge product and engineering by giving your prototypes a credible path to production.

• Communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical audiences.

About you

Required qualifications / experience:

• A solid product management track record: discovery, prioritization, and delivery.

• An AI-native mindset: fluent and hands‑on with modern agentic and LLM tooling; comfortable building and prototyping.

• A strong hands‑on builder instinct: high agency, prototyping‑first approach.

• Energy for external engagement: customers, partners, pre‑sales, and growth.

• Comfort in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action.

• The ability to work fluidly across science, engineering, and commercial teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent in English.

Preferred skills / bonus qualifications:

• Appetite or proficiency in biology or life sciences.

• Founder or early‑stage startup experience.

• Full‑stack development range.
