Your team & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to develop Cafeyn Group youth experience and to drive the success of Kidjo, a key brand within the Cafeyn Group portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Product and working closely with the CEO of Kidjo, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic vision around the overall youth experience and ensuring the successful delivery of the product roadmap. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary teams (Product Owner, QA, Tech, Content, Data, Customer Care, and external business partners) to create products that deliver value to children, parents, and partners, while positioning Kidjo for long-term growth within the group.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to develop Cafeyn Group youth experience and to drive the success of Kidjo, a key brand within the Cafeyn Group portfolio. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary teams (Product Owner, QA, Tech, Content, Data, Customer Care, and external business partners) to create products that deliver value to children, parents, and partners, while positioning Kidjo for long-term growth within the group.
Your missions
Strategic Leadership
- Define and maintain a rolling 3-month roadmap with the CEO of Kidjo
- Co-develop the 12-18 month product & strategic vision around the youth experience, ensuring alignment with the group's evolution and priorities
- Identify opportunities for new features, innovations, and improvements that will have tangible impact
- Ensure the team (Product Owner, QA, Tech) delivers on time, with measurable impact
- Mentor Product Owner in her role
- Act as Release Manager, coordinating releases and ensuring smooth rollouts
- Be the liaison for the Customer Care team, ensuring customer insights are captured and addressed in the product roadmap
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests from Content, Data, and other departments
- Monitor product performance and business KPIs
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for the team and leadership
- Account Management for Business Partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for business partners, involving relevant team members when needed
- Own and maintain product documentation related to business partners and integrations
- Drive alignment and clarity across teams with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactively anticipate risks, unblock the team, and manage priorities effectively
- Challenge the processes and the ways of working to seek more efficiency
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability
You are at the right place if you have
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in digital products
- Strong technical background (able to understand technical trade-offs and work closely with developers)
- Experience in the Kids industry and/or B2B2C partnerships is a strong plus
- Proven track record of defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and shipping impactful features
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
