As we continue to evolve our product organization, we are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about understanding customer problems, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that create meaningful impact.
The Role
The Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving product direction for a portion of the Braincube portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, business priorities, and engineering execution. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, UX, engineering, sales, customer success, and leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and delivery solutions that create measurable customer and business outcomes.
This is not a backlog only management role. We are looking for someone who combines customer curiosity, business thinking, product judgment, and strong execution skills.
Know the Customer
- Conduct regular customer discovery interviews and site visits
- Understand customer workflows, pain points, goals, and sources of value
- Gather qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions
- Act as a voice of the customer within the organization
Define Product Direction
- Identify customer and market opportunities
- Develop product strategies aligned with Braincube's vision and business objectives
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and strategic fit
- Create and maintain product roadmaps
Deliver Customer Value
- Partner with engineering and UX to define solutions
- Ensure initiatives are delivered incrementally and validated through customer feedback
- Define success metrics and measure outcomes
- Continuously evaluate adoption, usage, and customer value realization
Lead Through Influence
- Build alignment across engineering, sales, operations, customer success, and leadership teams
- Communicate product direction through clear narratives and business cases
- Facilitate tradeoff discussions and decision making
- Advocate for customer needs while balancing technical and business considerations
Drive Continuous Learning
- Use customer feedback, product analytics, experimentation, and market research to guide decisions
- Validate assumptions before making significant investments
- Share learnings broadly across the organization
- Continuously refine priorities based on evidence and outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, industrial software, manufacturing technology, analytics, AI, or related domains
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers
- Strong product discovery and prioritization skills
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and UX teams
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Experience using data to guide product decisions
- Strong business acumen and outcome-oriented thinking
- Fluent in English
