The vulnerability landscape is entering a new era. The rise of new AI models like Mythos will bring a tsunami of new vulnerabilities that security teams simply cannot handle manually. At the same time, AI is fundamentally changing what’s possible: smarter prioritization, automated remediation guidance, and decision support at scale.

This isn’t a theoretical threat. It’s happening now, and it validates that our mission is more critical than ever.

We’re growing the Product team to meet these ambitions head‑on: shipping faster, going deeper on AI features, and raising the bar on what a modern vulnerability management platform can do for practitioners under pressure.

The team & how we work

You’ll join a tight, senior Product team:

• 1 Product Manager and 1 Designer
• 1 Co‑Founder as Head of Product & Engineering
• 3 Engineering teams: Backend, Frontend, and Connectors - orchestrated by a Delivery Manager

We run a quarterly roadmap process inspired by Shape Up, with effort commitments per cycle and we ship every month.

Your role

You’ll be a full‑chain Product Manager, rolling up your sleeves from discovery to delivery. You’ll turn complex problems into clear product decisions and won’t shy away from diving deep into the technical side. No narrow scope, no hand‑offs. You own the whole ride.

Discovery & prioritization

• Run customer interviews and turn insights into product decisions
• Maintain a prioritized backlog, make tradeoffs, and align with the quarterly roadmap
• Challenge hypotheses early – before a single line of code is written

Specification & design

• Collaborate with the Designer to craft the best UX
• Work closely with engineering to scope, estimate, and shape the right solution
• Translate complex technical and security concepts into clear product decisions

Delivery

• Run kick‑offs, track progress, unblock teams, and make calls when needed
• Stay close to the build: test features and ship with confidence

  Go-to-market

  • Contribute to release notes, sales enablement, and product communication
  • Be the go‑to resource for Customer Success and Sales when they need to understand what’s shipping and why

  What we’re looking for

  • 3 to 5 years in product management
  • Strong technical foundations – whether from an engineering degree or years working alongside engineers
  • Experience shipping on a complex SaaS product and you’re not intimidated by technical depth
  • Bonus: experience in cybersecurity or adjacent domains (infra, DevOps, cloud)
  • Mindset & culture: genuinely technical, comfortable exploring APIs, prototyping with tools, validating fast, pragmatic, impact‑driven, and autonomous

  Logistics

  Based in or near Lyon, available to come to the office 3 days a week.
