JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Actively contributes to the drafting, in english,  of the product  management manual (process / governance & tool)
• Participates in defining  and baselining the product assets standards (Tools, standard template & process) 
• Supports the annual product baselining exercise
• Cleaning datas from the Reflib asset tool and migrating them from Excel to Power BI
• Contributes to the creation and  updating of  Product management KPI 

EDUCATION

5 years' higher education (engineering) or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

At least 15 years' experience in engineering or product/project management

Good knowledge of the rail industry

SKILLS

Fluent English

Development of tools and KPIs in Excel (Visual Basic) and Power BI

Strong ability to convince, influence and persuade

Proactive and effective responses to urgent questions and challenges

Good planning and organisational skills

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE 

Contribue activement à la rédaction, en anglais, du manuel de gestion des produits (processus, gouvernance et outils) puis à son déploiement chez Alstom.
Participe à la définition et à l'établissement des actifs standard du produit
Supporte l'exercice annuel de baselining des produits puis à leur déploiement et vérifie l'adhérence des bids et projets à celles ci  
Nettoie les données de l'outil Reflib asset pour les migrer d'Excel vers Power BI
Contribue à la création et à la mise à jour des indicateurs de performance de la gestion des produits.

FORMATION

Diplome de niveau Bac + 5 (Ingénieur) ou équivalent

EXPERIENCE

10 à 15 ans d'experience minimum à l'ingénierie ou dans le product / project management

Connaissance de l'industrie ferroviaire

COMPETENCES

Anglais courant

Developpement d'outils et KPIs sous Excel (Visual basic)  et Power BI

Forte capacité à convaincre, influencer et persuader

Réponses proactives et efficaces aux questions et défis urgents

Bon sens de la planification et de l'organisation

Poste ouvert au télétravail fréquence 3 jours semaine avec possibilités de déplacements occasionnels sur les sites Alstom en France/International.
