Product Lead, Growth & AI Innovation

Alan is hiring a Product Lead, Growth in France to steer the AI-enabled growth agenda across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure. You will define strategy, ship a modular, multi-product roadmap, and lead a team of PMs across Design, Engineering, Data and Insurance.

You’ll own experimentation culture, build an acquisition engine, and align roadmaps while scaling a self-served model to new countries with local adaptation. Fluency in English required; French welcomed.
