Product Lead, Growth

At Alan, everyone is first and foremost an individual contributor. Product Managers at Alan are responsible for going deep on user needs, defining a product strategy, and turning it into a high impact product roadmap.

  • You’ll work closely with designers, engineers and ops to define the right product and implement it.
  • You’ll partner and align with all parts of the business: Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Data.
  • Define the product across both Growth crews.
  • Set the overarching product vision, manage PMs, push experimentation velocity, and lead Alan’s move to make Growth Product AI‑native.
  • Own the product across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure crews.
  • Set the agenda for Conversational AI, AI‑native acquisition surfaces, and integration with LLM ecosystems.
  • Improve experimentation culture and velocity.
  • Align Conversion and Growth Infrastructure roadmaps and concentrate bets.
  • Scale a self‑served model for rapid country expansion.
  • Manage PMs and contribute to people topics across product communities.

About the Growth area

The Growth area owns everything that happens before someone becomes a member, including prospect acquisition and conversion flows.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product related experience, currently at Lead or Group PM level, or as a Founder. Owned strategy for whole area, not a single team.
  • Directly managed product managers. Hiring, coaching, hard feedback, performance calls.
  • Shipped real growth product: conversion, activation, or referral. Knowledge of funnel math and differentiating true wins from vanity wins.
  • Experimentation expertise: A/B testing, statistical significance, attribution. Comfortable challenging data teams.
  • Hands‑on in event tracking, funnel analysis, experiment dashboards, growth instrumentation.
  • Strong experience or close followership in AI products or LLM production systems.
  • Ability to influence without authority and rally distributed teams around a shared vision.
  • Regular communication with members and prospects.
  • Passion for healthcare.
  • Fluency in French and English.
