Product Lead, DeFi Protocol & Strategy (Remote/Paris)

Morpho is seeking a Senior Product Leader for its protocol team to shape product strategy and drive execution across complex, rapidly evolving DeFi infrastructure. You will translate user needs into a focused roadmap, work with engineering, security, and partnerships, and guide initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption.

You will partner with protocol and research teams to balance technical constraints with market opportunities, define success metrics, and ensure clear communication
