Product Install Engineer
**KLA** is looking for talented **Product Install Engineer** to join our European installation team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our advanced systems are installed and operating to the highest standards at customer sites across the region. As a Product Install Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of deploying KLA’s PVD, Etch and CVD tools. You’ll collaborate with multicultural teams and travel to some of the most advanced semiconductor fabs in the world. Your work ensures that our tools are installed correctly, validated thoroughly, and ready to deliver value to our customers. In addition to technical expertise, you must be confident in communicating directly with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process. You will be required to follow and work according to documented best known method, and you will have to document the work you perform. The position is based in the Grenoble with travel primarily within Europe.**Key Responsibilities** ### Conduct pre-installation meetings to understand and document customer-specific requirements.**Training & Knowledge Sharing** ### Deliver training on new product installations to global customer support teams.**Your Qualifications** **Education & Experience*
- Provena hands-on Engineering role with Electrical and Mechanical experience experience in **Technical Skills** ### Familiarity with pneumatics, mechanics, electronics, radio frequency technology, metrology, and laser technologies is desirable.### Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across software, electronic, optical, and mechanical systems.### Proficiency in computer systems and operating environments (e.g., MS Windows).**Soft Skills** ### Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.### Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Hold a full driver's license
