Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist
Job Description
As part of the Product Information Management (PIM) team in the Marketing Department, the PIM Specialist is responsible for managing our product catalogue data quality, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and consistency. In this role, they are expected to leverage relationships with multiple shareholders to suggest improvements to existing processes.
Responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve PIM’s architecture in a coherent manner with the company operational ecosystem to make the tool as relevant as possible while building up our Data strategy. Propose process enhancements to streamline data workflows.
- Operational mindset: Understand collaboration between product data stakeholders to build new processes around the tool. Understand a large variety of operational needs.
- Data driven mindset: Translate operational team needs and workflows into specs, patterns, schemes in collaboration with the DI team.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training to relevant teams on PIM processes and best practices. Create and maintain documentation for data management procedures.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of product information related to video games.
- Catalogue management: Collaborate with key transversal teams to maintain our product catalogue up to date and exhaustive.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to regularly audit and validate product information, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors.
- Harmonisation: Retroactively enrich our catalogue with as much of the key info as possible to provide a complete and exploitable database for any catalogue analysis.
- Maintenance & Anticipation: Anticipate potential operational &/or data evolution to keep the PIM’s architecture relevant. Keep a user-friendly mindset to continuously improve PIM’s UX.
- Communication: Keep the users engaged by providing transversal updates on the tools, highlighting improvements and collaboration around it.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in data management, preferably within the entertainment or video game industry
- Skilled in Project management
- Knowledgeable regarding the Video Game and/or entertainment industry
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Pedagogical mindset
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to coordinate and to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Autonomy, proactivity and curiosity
- Flexibility and versatility
- Appetence for Computer Systems

Job location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 Lyon – France / This position is not eligible to full remote
Contract: permanent / full-time
Start date: As soon as possible
Remuneration: fixed and variable compensation
