Join us as a Product Engineer and help us build the financial tools that empower 600,000+ SMEs and their accountants to gain full control over their finances. You will work on high-impact financial features that make SMEs and accountants lives easier, all under the guidance of Yanis , our Head of Engineering, and with the sponsorship of Steve , our co-founder.\n\n‍‍ As a Product Engineer at Qonto, you will\n\n

• Ship features end-to-end, faster than ever: You'll own features with Product Managers and Designers - using AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot...) and automation to accelerate every step of the process.\n\n Challenge the product, not just build it: Engineers at Qonto actively shape the roadmap. You'll understand the \"why\" behind the \"what\" and prototype solutions fast.\n\n Work with maximum squad autonomy: Your squad owns its roadmap, picks its approaches, and ships independently. No layers of approval, no waiting on committees.\n\n
