Product Engineer for Brushless Motors & Controls
Capitalization & standardization Creates & maintain technical standards to capitalize the know-how covering Brushless Motor&Module and their integration in the HVAC. Capitalizes the Lessons Learned (LLCs) in his(her) standards to ensure a fast implementation in new projects. Ensures that his(her) standards are ?easy to use? worldwide (easy to check, to understand, to access, to learn). Ensures availability of technical datasheet for product line (fixed parts, variables parts) Participates on demand to the weekly standardization committee. New developments Create the product specification and sub-specifications with the support of experts (perimeter: motor, mechanical interface, electronics & software). Create the validation plan for product and sub-components. He leads the product validation and sub-validations in order to fulfil all requirements. Coordinate the internal and external teams and approve the technical delivery of project. Create the planning level 2 (technical development) and participate to resources definition. He has to guarantee the ?QCD? technical development of product. Lead technical follow up dashboard and propose decision matrix at Design Review, lead validation follow up at PVC. Continuous improvement & innovation Ensures continuous improvement of standards through development of technologies & product functions, innovation and technology watch (benchmarking). Support RO teams Assesses the implementation of his (her) standards : Brushless Motor&Module and their integration in the HVAC. Assesses de-standardization requests issued by RO HVAC project teams. Contributes on Warranty Return analysis (QRQC, FTA, failure reproduction, short term/long term countermeasures). Technical training Ensures that each of his(her) standards are covered by a training module. Develops & maintains the training modules covering his(her) standards. Performs training to worldwide simultaneous engineering teams (through a Technical Institute)
Master of science in electro-mechanics, mecatronics or electronics 5 years seniority in automotive (mechatronics components) Technical Competences (Motors & Controls): Mechanics / Mechatronics, Electronics, Brushless motor, Motor Control, Software process development (SPICE or similar) #J-18808-Ljbffr
