Product Documentation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Documentation team
• Define priorities, monitor delivery, and ensure deadlines are met
• Guarantee quality, consistency, and strategic alignment of technical content (Docs, console wording, translations)
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of documentation platforms
• Review and validate documentation outputs across products and services
• Oversee translation processes and QA standards
• Supervise Scaleway Learning (training program)
• Increase the visibility of the documentation team internally and externally
• Synchronize with cross‑functional teams to align doc strategy with product and business goals

Qualifications – Hard skills

• 5+ years in technical writing and documentation management (Docs‑as‑Code, APIs, cloud/SaaS products)
• Solid expertise in documentation processes, translation workflows, and QA
• Strong project management and team leadership skills (prioritization, delivery, recruitment, evaluation)
• Proficiency with tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Localazy, Jira, 360Learning, VS Code, and Figma
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
