Product Director
We are looking for an experienced Product Director to lead one of our product tribes, Communication & Collaboration, which is the core of the LumApps platform. The role is critical in shaping vision and strategy, driving roadmap execution, and ensuring delivery of customer and business value.
As Product Director, you’ll be both a strategist and an operator: defining and maintaining a clear roadmap, mentoring product managers, and representing the voice of our customers and buyer personas.
You will be the Product Lead of a dynamic tribe composed of 4 teams (CMS, Social, Play, Frontline Comms), directly managing 3–4 Product Managers. The teams are distributed across our main R&D hubs. Working closely with engineering, design, and other cross‑functional partners, you will play a key role in driving alignment, empowering teams, and ensuring consistent delivery across locations.
Missions

- Drive execution across multiple teams: Ensure alignment of team‑level roadmaps, sequence bets, manage interdependencies, and deliver against commitments.
- Be the persona subject matter expert and external voice: Act as the subject‑matter expert for key buyer personas; engage customers, prospects, and GTM teams with a compelling narrative.
- Champion discovery and validation: Institutionalize discovery, experimentation, and evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Lead and grow PM talent: Mentor and develop product managers; raise the bar on decision quality, prioritization, and backlog hygiene.
- Own outcomes and transparency: Define, track, and communicate KPIs and OKRs for adoption, activation, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Align stakeholders and resolve friction: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, CS, Marketing, and PX; serve as the escalation point to resolve conflicts and keep delivery unblocked.
- Drive the agentification of core Communication & Collaboration workflows: Focus on AI agents for content creation, real‑time content scoring, and multi‑style rewriting to amplify quality and reach.
We will measure you based on
- Increased adoption and engagement of Communication & Collaboration use cases across the customer base.
- A clear, data‑informed portfolio roadmap that accelerates LumApps growth.
- Strong cross‑team and cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring the tribe operates effectively and influences wider product strategy.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Director, Head of Product, or Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
