Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between creative teams and factory partners, ensuring seamless development of product designs and packaging concepts.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s story, brand guidelines, and market positioning to deliver consistent, high-quality products.
• Collaborate daily with creative teams to integrate newly sourced products and innovative fabrication processes into client deliverables.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets, timelines, and quality across seasons and clients.
• Create and maintain detailed program schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and deliver clear, detailed instructions for product and packaging decks/mockups in collaboration with design partners.
• Negotiate pricing and program details with domestic and overseas factory partners for multi-SKU programs.
• Use a solution-oriented approach to proactively address challenges and ensure flawless execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product development experience; experience with home goods, electronics, wellness, or lifestyle products preferred.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end product development from ideation through delivery.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and printing techniques.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
• Experience with domestic and international sourcing and manufacturing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving large-scale, high-impact programs.
• Availability to work outside regular hours or across time zones as needed.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
