How your role contributes to Resilience's success
Your work will directly impact thousands of healthcare professionals and patients by improving usability, clarity, and adoption of our Gastro product. You'll ensure the product evolves with strong design ownership, enabling faster growth and better outcomes for our users and the company.
What your daily life looks like
- User research & discovery (20%): Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and identify pain points to inform product evolution
- Product framing & UX strategy (25%): Define user flows, information architecture, and strategic design directions
- UX & UI design (25%): Design intuitive interfaces for both healthcare professionals and patient‑facing flows
- Delivery & collaboration (20%): Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship high‑quality features
- Design system contribution (10%): Maintain consistency and contribute to our platform‑wide design system

You’ll work alongside a distributed team of aces: Camille, Lucie and Yoan. Based anywhere from the coast to the peaks, they seamlessly share ownership of our Oncology and Psy scopes. From high‑level strategy to pixel‑perfect UI, they do it all. They are a sporty, close‑knit group looking for someone who shares their drive for building products that matter.

Sébastien is a Paris‑based expert who joined Resilience in 2022 to shape our Patient and Caregiver experiences. With a background serving major international clients and a personal commitment to charity work (diving instructor for cancer patients), he leads with empathy. He creates an environment that prioritizes the team, blending supportive mentorship with the autonomy you need to grow.
