Product Designer Freelance, Paris

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can own and elevate the entire user experience , from landing pages and product dashboards to the in-app workflow design that powers real-time trading.

You’ll be responsible for translating complex trading mechanics into simple, intuitive, and visually coherent interfaces that communicate trust, precision, and speed. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and users to shape how traders design, test, and deploy their strategies.

This is a freelance mission, not a salaried position.

Key responsibilities

1. Product Experience & UX

Design the full lifecycle of user journeys: from landing to onboarding to real-time strategy management.

Translate complex workflows (strategy graphs, data streams, dashboards) into intuitive layouts and interaction models.

Run quick research and hypothesis-validation sprints to inform product decisions.

Maintain and evolve our design system for scalability, accessibility, and performance.

2. Visual Design & Frontend Alignment

Craft elegant, modular UI components in Figma , ensuring pixel-level consistency across responsive layouts.

Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure fidelity and performance of implementation.

Design interaction states, transitions, and feedback mechanics that communicate the platform’s real-time nature.

3. Growth & Landing Experiences

Design high-conversion landing pages , marketing collateral , and visual systems that reflect our brand’s clarity and sophistication.

Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to iterate on acquisition funnels and optimize conversion through A/B testing and UX insights.

4. Process & Ops

Run usability tests and document design decisions and deliverables.

Create, maintain, and evolve a unified visual language and lightweight design ops framework .

Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and growth to align on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of product design experience , ideally in fintech, DeFi, or complex B2B/SaaS tools.

Proven ability to design data-heavy, interactive, or dashboard-driven products .

Strong grasp of UX research methods and lean hypothesis testing.

Deep experience in Figma (auto layout, variants, components, prototyping).

Excellent visual taste and a strong sense of motion, rhythm, and usability.

Fluent in systems thinking , design systems , and rapid iteration workflows.

Bonus: familiarity with crypto trading, Web3, or algorithmic systems.
