Product Designer - France
Your role: Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and research synthesis.
Translate user insights and business requirements into effective design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate closely with product, business, development, and marketing teams.
Build, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma.
Ensure visual consistency, usability, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints.
Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, UX Researcher, or Visual Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing either UX research projects, visual design work, or both.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.
For Research-focused profiles: expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, usability testing, and insight Visual-focused profiles: strong skills in visual design, typography, layout, branding, and design systems.
Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in French and English.
High attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
Experience using AI tools to enhance design and research processes.
Experience with Builder.io is a plus.
